If you know stencils, you know that there's normally "bars" that hold dettached parts (like the triangle in the center of the "A" letter).
If you make those bars in 3D with an arc/bridge shape, the ink can flow under and there are no traces of bars.

I invented this from scratch and thought I would share the idea because anyway, it's just a way of doing bars and couldn't be a protected idea or product. The first one was in 2014, for the "Hao" word in chinese, which I modeled in 3D in various ways and in stencil shape too (pictures asap).
